The team at the Civic Operations Group specializes in engaging hard to reach communities on a massive scale. When time is our biggest challenge, our response teams connect with thousands of hard to reach, vulnerable, or minority groups. From providing a compassionate ear to listen, to helping neighbors meet their basic needs, to assisting multicultural families with complex bureaucratic procedures, our response teams are there to deliver relief.

The team has been recruited by key decision makers to plan and execute programs for community stakeholders including organized labor, 501 c(3)’s, 501 c(4)’s, and other institutions. Our team consists of over 250 battle tested operatives who hail from every region, demographic, and walk of life. Over the past 20 years, our team has customized and implemented the most prolific relief and response programs in the country.
